The returns process requires two simple steps.
West elm return policy. For returns which require a pick up to be scheduled if you have organised a return but are unreachable to schedule a pick up within 60 days of your return authorisation west elm reserves the right to cancel your return. Return the relevant products to a store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied in their original packaging. If west elm cancels your return in these circumstances any payment which has been processed will be not be refunded to you. Return to stores you can return most non furniture items to your local west elm location west elm outlet stores excluded. You have 14 days post the opening of all stores to return or exchange products. Return by ups print a return label from our returns policy page and bring to a ups location. Shop return policy from west elm. A 30 days of receiving an order b 7 days for quick ship upholstery items and c for items from your west elm retail registry within 90 days from the date of purchase or your event date whichever date is later. Order returns all international orders must receive a return authorization from our call center and cannot be accepted in any of our retail stores.
